Sante to Friday Harbor 2

We are leaving our comfort zone in Anacortes to head over to Friday Harbor on San Juan Island. This trip is our first “shakedown” to make sure all systems are working. Every system has come on line and is working as it should. That is a big relief and will get us ready to enter Canada soon. There is a great seafood store on the dock and the local harbor seal, Popeye, hangs out there. He is such a local favorite that there is a statue of Popeye in the park. He is blind in his left eye.
